We accept the following payment methods:
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made in USD, Bhutanese Ngultrum (BTN), Indian Rupees (INR), or other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate. Exchange rates are determined at the time of payment.
To confirm a booking, a deposit is generally required as follows:
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and apply the relevant cancellation charges as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email with a receipt. Please keep this receipt for your records.
Refunds are processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14-21 business days.
For any refund of the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) for unused nights, the refund process will follow Bhutan's official regulations. If you booked through us, our team will assist you with the refund process.
All prices include applicable taxes and government fees unless otherwise stated. Any additional costs (e.g., SDF, visa fees) will be clearly indicated in your quote.
We take payment security seriously. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your full credit/debit card details on our servers.
